The heads of the major capitals compared their continents’ conditions under Mediotera’s governance.

The verdict was final: the four continents’ living conditions were substantially identical—and deplorable under the Prescient Empire’s tyranny.

Al’Kerim (Keryssia), Gavrok (Meridianam), Boris XI (Duotera), and Lady Aline (Terrapacem) signed the Treaty of the Coalition, uniting their lands to impeach the Emperor and establish a new world balance.

Mediotera’s territories were not informed. The Referrae Islands remained neutral by mutual agreement.

From that moment, the rebellion took shape: the leaders understood their only chance was a single, unified front.
